Organizational change

Making change happen

Our consultants support organizational change and development efforts. We design and implement change programs. We translate vision and strategy into new behaviors and improved cooperation.  

We focus especially on social innovation and culture change. Change is bound by hidden rules about what is appropriate to think, feel and do. Our interventions are aimed at creating movement in these rules in order to loosen restrictions and to free energy. We counsel, coach and train management and other change agents. We develop and facilitate change interventions such as competence training, process simulations and tailor-made workshops.

Our extensive experience has led to a typical AMI approach to change. All our consultants carry our DNA (see AMI DNA) which articulates the central values and principles that guide our vision on people, organizations and development.
