We help create a project organization that ensures optimal learning and results. We support clients to develop effective management of programs and multi-project environments. Through training, coaching and advising project team members, we assist in shaping an appropriate project culture and working method. We write learning histories of projects in order to record and exchange participants’ lessons and experiences.

We develop and carry out programs to align individuals’ talents and competencies with the (strategic) direction of the organization. Our programs are tailor made and focus on strengthening professional talents in order to co-develop with the organization. We support our clients in programs on project management skills, leadership and young talent development. We coach individuals and teams in important transitions and change programs. We offer various training programs on leadership, project management and project organization.

AMI’s implementation consultants help start and sustain organizational change by devising and supporting change strategies. We focus on social innovation and culture change. We counsel and coach management and train change agents. We develop and facilitate change interventions such as competence trainings, process-simulations and workshops. We develop instruments to monitor progress on key indicators of the change process.
